Hi,I see there is a new firmware update for this proart monitor. When I try to run it as an adminstrator, it starts to install than fails with an error 0x0800. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

It did turn out to be the cable. Anker I was using worked for hub devices, but apparently was not fast enough. Ordered longer cable that meets all relevant standards, after using the really short supplied asus cable to my desktop, but not long enough...
