ROG Flow X16的錯誤警告

前天有用華碩的線上服務回報我遇到的狀況,但由於有字數上的回報限制,怕我表達的不清楚,所以在這邊稍微簡單敘述,我是上個月10/27號在光華商場購入X16,後來發現同樣出現其他用戶遇上的錯誤警告,分別是10016、17,通常是在我打遊戲時會出現,尤其是事件識別碼17這個警告特別多,雖然截至目前為止還不至於造成當機或其他大問題,但也因此我還不太敢灌其他軟體上去,怕狀況更嚴重,我稍早前還原過一次系統,發現問題還是在,想請教華碩這個問題有辦法透過更新處理嗎?還是得走趟皇家後送處理?
