ASUS - ZenTalk

I was asked by the Mod GEEK_ASUS to PM some details about my laptop, but I can't find any buttons or menu options for sending private messages on ZenTalk, and GEEK_ASUS hasn't responded to my follow up question asking how to PM them.What am I missing...
