最近手機無預警死機，送修皇家時有向客服詢問關於過保加890元買6個月保固，當時客服回答會向工程師確認是否符合資格，直到今天打來，確認是主機板故障，向電話客服詢問此方案時，客服卻說那是網路記者無根據編造的。想請問這個方案到底是存不存在，畢竟兩個客服說的話有點自相矛盾==如果這個方案從一開始就不存在，就不會送去給他檢查了，浪費我300塊
