helloi have ASUS TUF F15 2021 FX506HEB with RTX 3050Ti 75Wwhen i install the latest driver for this GPU i found the GPU POWER 752 W and the GPU CLOCK stuck at 210 Mhz 

when i install this driver the GPU POWER stuck at 6.4watts and all other paramters GOOD AND when i unplagged the adapter all go down !!
