I just got an Asus rog 3 and Kunai 3 gamepad. It connects via bluetooth but doesn't connect in usb handheld mode. Has anyone had this issue before?

I just swapped my Rog 3 for a new one in store today. Happy to say that this has fixed the problem.

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue. Works on bluetooth connection but not usb handheld mode.
