Gamepad Kunai 3 not connecting in USB Mode

I just got an Asus rog 3 and Kunai 3 gamepad. It connects via bluetooth but doesn't connect in usb handheld mode. Has anyone had this issue before?

I have the same problem. Worked fine over a week but today when I tried to connect it throug usb, it doesn't work. Bluetooth connection works great. The gaming light on left controller doesn't light up at all.

Hi,
I've had my Kunai Gamepad 3 since before December last year. Bluetooth and cable connection work fine but the bumper mode doesn't work at all. I was wondering if there is a fix or whether I should send it back to Asus to get it fixed/replaced?
