When I insert memory card it shows it unsupported or some memory cards is not able read

I' m using max pro m1 since Aug 2018Now I'm facing problem with screen It is getting locked while using the mobile I'm facing this problem so many times in a day from last two days

I' m using max pro m1 since Aug 2018.I'm on 060 buildNow I'm facing problem with screen. It is getting locked(sleep) while using the mobile. I'm facing this problem so many times in a day from last two days.
