Technical support - no support line in my country

Hi there, I have Asus U5 sound card, but some games the audio only works if I set the USB key to 1.0, in 2.0 there is no sound from games ONLY. I hook the U5 to the stereo system. 

Can someone please reach this info to the technical support?

Hi @yurieu ,

based on your issue, are you currently using a 5.1-channel speaker system?

If you are using a true 5.1-channel headphone, please use the (Front / Ctr / Rear) three jacks.

If you are using a 2.1-channel speaker system, please use the headphone output jack for connection.

For detailed connections, you can refer to the user manual provided below.
