Hello everyone, I can't unlock the bootloader because when I use the app an unknown error appears probably due to the network. I use the latest Unlock Device App app taken from the official Asus website and I use the Android P system. I tried all the solutions i found on google, it didn't work. Can you help me?

If you purchased the device from authorized reseller, first hand device, never rooted or unlocked your device, and the issue persists with the latest unlock tool, please provide me the screenshot of your error message here for further checking.
