Firmware Version: Version WW-16.0420.2009.39 (latest)
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
Recently i notice my battery is draining very fast, i have tried to factory reset and even change a new battery the lifetime still the same. The funny part is even if i off the phone the battery still drains. Is anyone facing the same issue? Shuold i downgrade to lower firmeware will install custom rom help?
