Double Click Volume To Launch Camera Not Working

Firmware/APP Version: OPM1.171019.026.WW_Phone-15.1630.1902.80
Frequency of Occurrence: Very Often
Rooted: No
APP Name: Camera

As the title states even with the option of double pressing volume button to launch camera enabled, the phone will not launch the camera. This is from anywhere whether the phone be locked or open this option does not work at all.

Hi clif.mcgilvray, Please make sure you have enabled the setting: Settings > Advanced > Instant camera Then, please try quickly pressing the volume button twice when the screen is turned off and locked. If the problem still appears, please tell me your lock type, and show me a short video of the problem.
