1. Your current firmware version
Settings>System>About Phone>Software information>Build Number
If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still persist?
2. Does the issue happen with idle or using any specific apps?
3. How's the issue frequency?

Is it happens Anytime or when your phone's temperature got high.
Or if you are using and additional buyed cooler than don't use it. Use the cooler which come in the box .
Or if that one is no available buy an original cooler.
