1. Can you use your old AeroActive Cooler 1 before? When did the issue start?
2. If the device can use AeroActive Cooler 1 before, please try to perform the Factory Reset.
If the situation remains the same after the Factory Reset, please bring your device and both of your AeroActive Cooler 1 to the nearest repair center for hardware checking: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/
