I can't answer why it was removed. But it is easy to re-add it back on by installing from Play Store.

And because you are rooted, you can get an old copy of Game Genie and install that 🤔

Then why is Rog 3 is having "Twitch streaming".
All 3rd party applications are like paying to remove add or logo, and if give permissions, with that they might also steal our data's. I don't trust 3rd party apps for this.
So please add it in the next update.
