Why I can't update to Android 10?

Hello in settings I see a 1 next to the System Update as if there is available an update but when I tap on in it says my system is up to date.
What can I do to have the update?

Same, I think they are releasing update to some random IMEI numbers and there is nothing we can do except sit back and wait for it.

Don't be excited for A10 as it is full of bugs.A9 is still better then A10..Asus is doing nothing in terms of OS.All they want is money from their customers ??

No it's stable for most users
The only thing i see is some user specific bugs which will be sorted out in the next 1-2 updates
Asus already pushed beta 10 to beta testers which is "stable" as confirmed by the testers they'll get 1-2 more beta builds and all goes well it will be pushed to the stable version
