I bought my pc 2019 Oct and am trying to register now. I received Asus warranty Information form book in the box when i bought but it seems it's useless.

hideous.freakshowI am also looking for the VIP card, to activate the service package for the Tuf 3080. There was nothing in the box with any codes on it. It askes for :
*Contract code from VIP Card：
* Password from VIP Card：
With no explanation of what they are or where they can be found. Can some one help? We're not the only one's asking, but there are no answers anywhere.

I'm trying to complete my Elite Rewards to receive my reward but it keeps going back to this Contract code and password from VIP Card....I don't have a VIP Card; I did not receive one when it was purchased and received. Below are screenshots of where it is asking for the VIP credentials and proof that my product is already registered and the service package is activated.
