Unlock Tool for ROG phone 2 not working

Hi,
I've tried to unlock my device with official tool download from asus website. I was getting "unknown error". I've tried both versions of unlock tool, but they end with same error
Also, I've tried to downgrade to android 9 as well. Yet same error

they are working on it, they literally do not have a fix to hand out, yet. be patient and stop spamming.

Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence: Everytime
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Unlock Device Tool, 9.1.0.11_190708
also tried with A9 same error on both firmware
