Touch screen test failed!!

Hi ,
Today I noticed some mistouch issue in my mobile. So I have checked it by .12345+= in the calculator app. Surprisingly the touch screen test failed. With charger connected and without charger connected, same issue. Below are the screenshots. My warranty will expire in next week. Should I visit centre? @Anders_ASUS @LP

You can try factory resetting your phone once, if it doesn't help.
