No, I don't face any issue.
But if you have touch issues while using tempered glass, try turning on glove mode in advanced settings.

If it affects your experience, try turning on glove mode. I promise you'll not face problem after that.

I have been using tempered glass since this phone came out of the box and never encountered any issues. As stated above you can try turning on glove mode to increase the screen's sensitivity to see if it helps.
