My phone automatically did shutdown and after turning it on this notification popped up. What should I do next.

It could be random sometime, if its frequent you should visit service center.
Kindly visit the nearest service center:
https://www.asus.com/in/support/service-center/india
Can you try switching charger and use side port. Also, try using a different wall socket.

My phone wasn't on charge when this happened, after this instance it never happened.
Visited service center they can't help until and unless I could replicate the issue.
So I'll wait and see, I hope this never happen again otherwise as my phone will soon be out of warranty, I'll need to pay heavy charges to fix it.
If there are any other recommendations from your side please tell me.
