Temperature at the USB connector is too high (even if the charger is not connected)

When i was listening to music suddenly the phone shutdown and restart. After restarting a message is shown (Temperature at the USB connector is too high please unplug the charger immediately) THE PHONE WAS NOT EVEN CHARGING.

I got it once last year. Restarted it and it's gone..
