squall0833I can see the flickering as you mentioned on Chrome. Not on Firefox though, which is my main browser.Just an update:
It seems that, by disabling video decoding Hardware Acceleration on Chrome browser fixes the screen brightness flickering issue.
Could it be hardware level issue? or driver?
so far no other apps cause this kind of screen brightness flickering,
only happen in android Chrome browser on websites with videos, can anyone confirm this?
