Schedule charging is not working as per the schedule

I have configured scheduled charging between 2AM to 7AM but scheduled charging is enabled for 9PM. Refer attached screenshot shots and time on the phone. Could someone help me to understand the schedule charging process? Is the feature working as expected? Is that a bug?
