How many times DO I need to go to the servicing center tell me GUSTAV_Asus answer me ok since you don't stand on our situation regarding this 41°c shutdown phone .Stop your Ego please , unless and until you don't stand on our situation you'll no understand though we're poor we've spent thousand of money to go to the servicing center

Just do it, because we don't need root to wipe cache partition or wipe data (backup your data first).

Your comment is only useful for those who bought this device a week ago. For people who has this for months and i have this device for an year, i cannot get a refund sadly but what we can do is downgrade this crappy device for it to work better. I have downgraded my device and my battery is actually working like a 6000mah battery now. Even less glitches except now few applications do not run because of android 9 version.

Bro I downgraded to A9 but still the phone gets locked when reaching 40 degree + and restarting while charging, what should I do?

If your issue is on a9 too then your best bet is service center. In my case A10 is causing issues. A9 is working fine for me
