Rog phone already registered on using provided Serial No. SN

Hi,
My phone is not registered but on trying to register it through MyAsus using Serial No., it says product already registered.

What is going on here???
Is it an old used device?? If not, why is it already registered?P.S. - I am using the SN-XXXXXXXXXX No present on the box.

Even I was facing this problem, but I figured out that if I go into 'account' it shows that the phone is already registered (click on the phone image). Check if that's the case for you guys..
