Hi,
My phone is not registered but on trying to register it through MyAsus using Serial No., it says product already registered.
What is going on here???
Is it an old used device?? If not, why is it already registered?P.S. - I am using the SN-XXXXXXXXXX No present on the box.

If you're in the US, I can help you with this. Otherwise, contact your regional support and explain the situation. You will need to provide a proof of purchase, like a receipt or an invoice with your name on it and the date, and then they will take care of this for you.
