hi, i tried to update my firmware with the one on asus support site (aka UL-ASUS_I001_1-ASUS-17.0240.2009.49-1.1.225-user.zip ) but it failed.
if anyone have an idea why, it will be helpfull
and also i don't have the key mapping while my kunai3 gamepad is connecter in game genie)

You probably have a big gap between your firmware version to the latest.
Therefore, please download the firmwares from this page and then upgrade it one version at a time:
