Rog phone 2 switching off while gaming and ghost touch issue

Since just these couple of weeks I've started facing these issues and has increased after the recent update. Touch issue is completely random but powering off I've only noticed while gaming, mostly pubg, it started with game crashing and screen black out but now the phone just powers off after a big lag or beeping sound sometimes. So far I've done factory reset but no luck.

I've had issue with the side usb port. It disconnects and reconnects. But only with one cable. A USB 3.1 generation 2. It's the only USB 3.1 cable that I own so I can't say if it does it with others. The cord works fine on the bottom usb port and all my other devices as well. So I definitely know it's NOT the cord. I actually found a reddit thread describing the exact same issue I'm having. Wish I could find it again. So it's not just me
