My Rog phone 2 automatically power off while Charging I face this issue for past 3 days while charging than phone
Then while playing Pubg my mobile temperature is 39° and than phone freez and automatically reboot than device
I can't play a single game properly whith my most awarded game smartphone of the year 2019
After the latest update this typer of issues are happening so please fix those issues
I bought this phone for playing eSports tournament on PUBG Mobile but I can't play a single game properly
Give us a good software update to fix all those issues

Yup, it's true.I thought the issue was just with me until I started searching for the problem on internet.Then what I saw on zen talks was completely surprising as there were 100s who had reported a similar problem.I purchased the phone in January after it got rave reviews from Tech channels like c4etech,beebom etc . I am not a heavy gamer .The reason I went ahead with this smartphone instead of one plus 7 was the shear hardware of the phone.And guess what now I am thinking I made a big mistake.you don't expect a phone that cost you nearly 40000 to just blackout when it is charging or occasionally crashing while playing pubg or heavy graphic game.Even the software updates are pretty slow.In this lockdown it's even hard for me to go to the nearest service center which is like 100s km away from my place.Lesson learnt don't trust Asus whether it's a laptop or a smartphone.They are not a dependable brand.
