I'd recommend you to backup and factory reset your device as you obviously have an app that's draining your battery. If you still experience similar battery life after the factory reset, then there might be something wrong with your battery.

Check these settings I hvnt done anything just after update I reset my phone do hard reset but before that create backup in usb pendrive if necessary
