I've been looking for infor about this for like 5 or 6 hours now... Notification just sitting there to update after I saw 10 was coming was starting to get annoying lol.

You can download it manually from Asus support website . Got a friend from Russia told me that the update was sended batch by batch to several country . Just be patient . If you can't , then manually download the firmware , put it on your root storage , and it will automatically popup at your notification about the new update.
