After that last update battery life has decreased tremendously without any change in usage. Anyone else experience this?

I have been facing below 2 issues for last 2-3 weeks now.
1) Excessive Heating issues while playing games
2) Fast charging not working anymore
I update the phone to latest firmware i.e. 17.0240.2009.49 but in vain.
Still the above 2 issues persist. Please suggest

Might need to lower your amory crate settings or lower fps. Try using the fan that came with the phone. Fast charging normally slows down if it notices the phone is hot, to protect the battery.
