Push to talk in pubg doesnt work

Dear pubg players, when i talk directly in game teammates can hear me but when i use push to talk they cant hear me
Need help fixing this.
earphone im using is soundmagic e10c.

Is it only when you use push to talk that it doesn't work? Have you checked if you might have issues in other apps?
I'm guessing the mic works during normal phone calls? I also need to know that you're on the latest firmware. Please press the auto update button. If you didn't have the latest version then please see if the issue has been fixed.
