Pubg freezes during gameplay

When I was playing pubg suddenly a harsh beep sound occured during gameplay after that my whole phone hang and i was not able to close the game...

Were you able to load the game again after restarting the phone? Or is it absolutely stuck even after holding the power button for ten seconds?

That happens to me and gets solved just by force closing the game and entering agatin but i think asus should solve this issue

Yup facing the same issue, pubg would completely freeze sometimes and then restarting the game is the only fix.

The freeze happens for me also sometimes which gets solved just restarting game but ur beep sound and phone hang might be caused by hardware or harmfull downloads.
