notification color issue after new update

I am facing some issue in app notification color..it is turning to white . For example when pausing song in Amazon prime music it turns to white. When played again and swiping down then color changing to original.however if there is another notification it stays white only. In some songs it's unreadable. Similarly faced same issue in Microsoft sms manager app. OTP text are white if more than one notification comes. Check the screenshots captured.

Seems, it is happening for both Dark and light theme.

This is getting irritating...unable to view any OTP in the notification ...have to open the app to view ?
