Air triggers are getting acted when touch on the back rgb side also.

This is very pain full i bought the phone mainly to us the phone for gaming.It has air trigger one of unique and new thing ..But now whenever im placing by hand on back while Playing it is getting trigger ...thats very irritating .
I wanted to know is it a software bug orelse i have to go to service centre and demand replacement?

I too had the same problem and the reply i got from asus is to improve the sensitivity of the air trigger.

If you're already on the latest firmware and the issue remains, then you need to contact ASUS Support. It's a hardware issue.
