I could replicate your issue at first, or at least I think I could but now I can't. Maybe because I restarted my phone. Have you tried to restart your phone and does the issue persist. Did this issue appear right after the update or maybe after something you did like changing some setting or starting some app?

This issue still exists . I've restarted, also reset my phone to factory settings , but this issue persists. I'm noticing this issue from start, i do not remember changing any settings

Sorry, yes it happens because you have changed the animation in developer mode. I've asked if we can fix this one day but for no, you must remove any modifications you might have done in developer options. This is the root cause of many strange issues that users come to us about.

Yes, it has solved the issue. But I personally like my animations faster. Maybe reporting this to google will be a good idea.
