Phone resolution change on update from android 9 - 10

After software update my phone resolution changed, how do i fix this? Is there a way to downgrade back fr android 10 to 9?

I'm on Pie. Shows the same to me. These sites are not accurate. If you can play 1080p video on YouTube app, then everything is fine.
