Not able to receive FOTA notifications

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: Asus ROG Phone 2
Firmware Version: 16.0631.1910.64
Rooted or not: No
Frequency of Occurrence:
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): FOTA
I am not able to receive update from FOTA even Asus had released Android 10 while my phone stuck with Android 9. Please help to troubleshoot.

Is your phone a global version or a Tencent version?
Or have you ever unlocked your phone?

If you are sure that it is the global version (there is no "Tencent" on the back of the phone), then try to update the firmware manually.
