Did you clean the USB port with a toothpick with cotton and isoprophyl alcohol?

I never do that. The port work as normal (Charging, Type C earphone and OTG USB).

USB-C has 24 pins. If one is dirty, can cause various issues.

You earphones are for some reson recognized as an OTG device. It's normal that you can't use the flashlight when you have 15% or less and connect an OTG device

Similar is different from equal. Isoprophyl alcohol is 99.8% pure and evaporates very quickly. Research, is widely used in electronics.
