When you clear cache and clear storage - do force close and press on disable. Then clear cache and storage. Renable the app.
If that doesn't work, then go to the same place and press on the3 dots top right hand corner. See if you have uninstall updates option - perform the uninstall update.
If the above doesn't work, in calculator and perform ".12345+=" without quotes. Do single test and then speaker test.
If it passes, I would try and do safe mode. Perform factory reset and install one app at a time/change settings and keep a note of what you do.
If all of the above fails for whatever reason, please visit your nearest ASUS service centre.
