Hi,
I was just playing outside with my phone and suddenly it froze. That wasn't the first time that froze, but this time I felt immediately that there was something bad going on because usually when it froze it restarted automatically nearly immediately, this time instead was stuck froze for long, I wasn't unable to shut it down and it lasted nearly 20 seconds before it completely went off and never restarted. I tried to charge it but nothing happens.
What could have happened?
Do you think I'll be able to recover all my data if someone will fix it?
Unfortunately now I'm out of warranty so I have to pay someone to eventually fix the problem...
