My phone now has a cross on the battery symbol

I have a ROG Phone (the Tencent one)
And there was this one time I was charging my phone, then I unplug the phone and all of a sudden I see this red cross on the battery symbol with a red outline as well.
I was wondering if anyone can help me? Would be very appreciated

By any chance you have a Tencent model? The device should say Tencent on the back.
What happens if you fully charge the phone and leaving it plugged in? Does it give the same?
Please also boot into Safe Mode too and see if the same issue occur while on Balance mode.

Yes it's the Tencent model.
I will try and will let you know later.
But how do you boot it in safe mode and does it affect anything in my phone?

Hold the power button until you see the Shutdown menu. Then press and hold on Shutdown. You will be asked if you want to boot into Safe Mode. Press on Yes/OK to boot into Safe Mode.

And for the charging, i kept it plugged in for like a full day and nothing happened
So I will try the Safe Mode now

My phone still have the icon after booting on Safe Mode multiple times
