My device freezes while playing pubg

I have noticed several time while playing pubg if i minimise my game in between n open whatsapp then my whole device freezes like hell and it become very difficult to get back..Please help

Does this issue only occur when jumping between PUBG and WhatsApp, or other apps as well?

Nope, currently facing this issue while switching b/w pubg n whatsapp.And trust me sir,if anyone calls me on whatsapp in between pubg gameplay,then both pubgs and whatsapp call hang like hell and i have to restart my device as a result it ruins my GamePlay 😭
