It's not hardware issue it's software
Whenever I'm using Snapchat and somebody sends snap or a chat while wifi have no internet and mobile data is on. Mobile restarts which can possibly make whole system corrupt. Dev's and mods please look into it.
It's rare and happens like 1/50 times but surely it's not hardware
