Sometimes my phone going over to h+ on my sim 1 even if I don't get any call. So to fix this I need to restart the phone to get the 4g again.

This is most likely due to your local 4G coverage or something else connected to your signal strength. If you're experiencing issues with your phone not 'bouncing back' to 4G unless you reboot, switching Airplane mode on/off should be a quicker fix.
