In pubg I am unable to talk with my team members mymic is not working I reinstall the app twice,I can't solve my problem

Does the app has permission to use the mic of the phone?

I gave all the permissions what it need. I also reinstalled the app twice. But my voice is not audible to my teammates

Did you check the mic volume?
Like in game is there any settings for that?

Yes there is
Settings > Audio > Mic Volume
