Issue with fingerprint scanner

When you turn the screen off then the fingerprint scanner doesn't work until you click the power button and wake the screen. This wasn't the case before. Fingerprint scanner was working without having to click the power button and waking the screen. I hope this bug gets fixed asap.

For me the fingerprint sensor lights up when I touch the screen. I don't need to press the power button.

Issue with fingerprint scanner

There's a new firmware coming out soon. It doesn't have a fix for this specific issue but it will affect the fingerprint reader so maybe it will solve this issue too as a side effect. Please let me know after the update if you still need help. Thanks!
