hyper charge not working in main port

Model Name:Rog phone 2
Firmware Version:17.0240.2007.27
Rooted or not:not
Frequency of Occurrence:regularly
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
My phone main port is not charged by asus 30 w charger but on connecting charger to my side port it is hyper charging
On connecting 18w charger in the main port ,it is fast charging but it does not detect the 30 w charger.

Have you tried changing cable and charger?
Do ensure you are using proper quality cable as not all cables do fast/hyper-charging.

i am using asus 30w charger and cable. the same cable and charger is working fine with the side port.

Try factory resetting once as most of the things you have already tried.
